Resident Traders include Yorkshire Wraps, Gochi’s Fried Chicken, The Duck Truck, Mac This Mac That, and Mr Bratwurst (Authentic German Bratwurst).

Each giant Yorkshire pudding wrap is packed with your choice of slow-cooked turkey, slow-roasted pork, or cauliflower, leek and blue cheese gratin, then loaded with braised red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and maple-glazed carrots, all finished with a drizzle of rich red wine jus.
